Clearness of the day

If there is any news manifested any time any place any where it is NOW and HERE or nowhere else:)

I will start with an example now:

For instance if you are in trouble about your sanity of your body:
When you put energy, think steady about sickness in body, YOU USE YOUR vastness to cooperate with sicknes etc.
STOP USING YOUR ENERGY FOR COOPERATING with SICKNESS ETC, don''t SPOIL YOUR ENERGY THATWAY:)))!!!!
Use no energy; let the BODY 100% of the energy to heal, to rebalance , to regenerate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So keep patience, keep mind at easy , slow down for a moment by giving [your] mind no energy at all now...

If you do not stop that spoiled energy, given to the mind to cooperate with sickness, you can only function at half or lesser speed, when you try to go on in daily life....; it is up to you; first to regenerate or to BURN OUT ALL ENERGY in the wrong way:::)!!!!

INSTEAD of that YOU can better leave the problem of your sanity OUT of your mind!!!
Don't cooperate with YOUR MIND when it cooperates with illness!!!!!!!
Use YOUR ENERGY to come out; meditate , relax, yogitate, feel free, drop [your] mind now for the time needed
to generate healthiness, to heal, to let the BODY work to rebalance...

NOW the explanation with it:)))!!!

Clear CONSCIOUSNESS and/or/as non-logic heartspace is a vastness: that IS YOU:)))!!!

The body mind construction means from the gross body to the most subtle mind is ONE AND THE SAME.

The mind can follow the body and too the body can follow the mind: both are possible:)))!!!

Most people are in between using the mind and being used by their mind...

Start being aware of this situation.



WITH PATANJALI: NOW THE LESSON OF YOGA [and MEDITATION]:

Straight to the eight steps of patanjali

First of all: find out where you put or find your mind in the body:)!!!
This can take some time: close your eyes and seek inside your body where the mind has gone,
whether you are awake , alert , active, or, in sleep , or in dream does not matter really now:).
Only just the activity - FUNKTION 'LOOKING' inside, STOPS the FUNKTION 'MIND[ING]' or 'thinking'.... as activity!!!
So looking inside and seeking the mind is yet a perfekt and total way to stop the funktion, the tool 'MIND[ing]' as an activity here and now...
The same effect is happening when you put your attention on your breathe:)
therefore meditation for beginners is connecting attention to breathe; then the usual mind-activity STOPS!!!
conscioussness , awareness connected, straight directed to Breathe[breathing as activity] , STOPS thinking, minding as activity...

... .. . silence here and now . .. ...

Good maybe you can not find the mind at all; RIGHT: the mind is an activity, a funktion of the body...
Just as walking ,sitting, sleeping, eating and so on...
Body is the most gross, mind is the most subtle: really they are one body-mind manifestation: you as pure CONSCIOUSNESS with a body...
You as Pure CONSCIOUSNESS can use [your] mind as a tool, as a funktion, as an activity of your conSCIOUSNESS-AWARENESS.

Second: the MIND is a (more masculine) LOGIC TOOL that funktions as a LOGICAL divider and analyser: OR/OR YES/NO ETC. DIFFERENTIATES...
While...
The HEART (more womanlike sometimes) INTUITION TOOL that funktions ANALOGICAL, PARALLEL as AND/AND BOTH/BOTH and funktions often as a bridge , a healing medium...INTEGRATES...

Both MIND and HEART are in reality just HUMAN FACTORS in both men and women; mostly the heart is the boss and the mind is the servant-tool:)

Use MEDITATION - YOGA to calm down your mind and use it as a one-way centered tool ONLY if needed!!!

Bring YOGA: wich means 'union, integration, (unifying power) inside and start mastering (your) mind...
Yoga is just mathematical and pure science so yoga is not a religion or belief.
Patanjali uses yoga to bring the mind back to his original funktion: just a tool to use with right attention!!!
Patanjali uses yoga to bring you back to your original well: pure consciousness!!!
Patanjali says: and now the lesson of yoga.
Yoga re-unifies you, concentrate, bundles awareness, as consciousness, attention!!!!!
Yoga stops the mind if you want to create sleep, or give one-pointed attention to right seeds!!!
Yoga give a mathematical way to master [your] mind; to use [your] mind just as a tool.
Yoga let you do the activity 'thinking' on the same way as the activity 'walking or whatelse'.
Yoga let [your] mind funktion as a servant..., a tool..., while you[r heart] funktions as the master:)!!!

Boeddha let his mind funtion as his legs..., he is master of his mind...
Boedda CAN pass mind beyond: he is pure awareness, consciousness.
Boeddha is TOTAL conSCIOUSNESS, AWARENESS and his MIND funktions as a TOOL , a servant...
Boeddha's mind is disappeared total in a way that his mind is NOT the BOSS anymore and Boeddha uses mind is like if he uses a tool....

While...

The mind of a madman makes the madman a slave of his mind: his mind is the BOSS now and masters his consciousness.
The madman's mind is total[chaos], is the BOSS; the madman's consciousness, awareness, being here and now disappears.
The madman's mind should not be the BOSS , but the SERVANT; The madman's awareness, CONSCIOUSNESS should be the BOSS!!!
The madman is not OUT OF MIND, NO he IS LOST IN THE MIND, out of AWARENESS, CONSCIOUSNESS : ATTENTION HERE AND NOW!!!
The madman can't direct his mind as a sharp tool anymore; he is lost in a chaos-mind, which overwhelms him...

See clear the difference now between a mind as as tool and a mind as a boss!

Most people 's mind funtions between both extremes.
If one can't stop the mind then there is a big problem:) when some one likes to sleep!!!
If one can't stop working a burn out is coming in sight.
That gives all sorts of enslavements and addictions.....

Take time to create more and more clear CONSCIOUSNESS (mastering [your] mind)...
Meditation and yoga unifies , makes a bridge, the mind turns in a tool you can use if you want...
Meditation and yoga makes an end to the mind that overwhelms you [your vastness; consciousness]...
In stead of that You as pure consciousness-vastness master [your mind] as if it is a usable tool...

That usable tool is good at work , in the market , in school, in creativity...
But leave it [= don't use it] in cases where LOVE is asked for the HEART is The master...:)))!!!
and leave it as you feel rise up the happiness wich comes from inside naturally,
for instance when the sun rise at sea, when you see the face of a child, the beauty of a flower etc.!!!

Every one knows deep down and naturally when the heart speaks and the mind is not busy/ just empty clear conSCIOUS and happiness from inside is bubbling up from YOUR WELL!!!:)))
